By using Right Suite, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the product.
What Right Suite is
Right Suite provides AI-powered simulations to help you evaluate go-to-market decisions. The outputs are for informational and strategic exploration purposes only. They are not professional business, legal, financial, or investment advice.
No warranties
Right Suite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind — express or implied. We make no guarantee that the simulations are accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. Use your own judgement before acting on any output.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Right Suite shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the product — including but not limited to business losses, lost revenue, or decisions made based on simulation outputs. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the product.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of Right Suite and any decisions you make based on it. Do not use Right Suite for unlawful purposes or to input confidential third-party data without authorisation.
Payments and refunds
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Right Suite after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
