What we collect

We collect your email address when you sign up, and usage data (pages visited, features used, simulation inputs) to operate and improve the product. We do not collect any information beyond what is necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your data.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to operate Right Suite — to authenticate your account, process payments, run simulations, and improve product quality. We may send transactional emails (receipts, account notices). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Third-party services

Right Suite relies on the following third-party services to function:

• Stripe — payment processing
• PostHog — product analytics
• Mixpanel — product analytics

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for their data handling practices.

Data sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to third parties. Data is only passed to the services listed above to the extent required to operate Right Suite.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage and secure authentication via Firebase. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can close your account at any time. If you have questions about what data we hold or want it removed, reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Right Suite after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
